Sellers have representation and so should you, it’s FREE.  Once you have decided to work with an agent, who should you select?  Here is what you can expect from us:

A Real Estate Consultant- many buyer agents try to “sell” their clients; we take a more consultative approach.  Instead of trying to “sell” you on a home, we take the time to listen to what is important to you, show you all the homes that meet your criteria and point out things you will want to consider from a resale perspective that will help or hurt when you go to resale. 
  2. Negotiation Expertise- When you decide on a home, we help you write a competitive offer and negotiate to get you the best deal.  We use current market information to justify our offers and successfully negotiate the best deal.
  3. Smooth Transaction- We work hard to facilitate a smooth transaction by proactively identifying common pitfalls and helping you avoid them. 
  4. Knowledge- We have worked with hundreds of buyers; have a thorough understanding of the market and process of buying a home.  There can be as many as 40+ people involved in a real estate transaction, therefore, expertise and knowledge is very valuable.
